Ross has had a dynamic career with a focus on financial management spreading across multiple industries including contact centers, manufacturing, and automotive. He is an expert in developing and implementing financial strategies that achieve desired bottom line results and is skilled at providing value added financial administration, business planning and budgeting services.
Ross joined the Minacs* organization in 1997 as CFO and VP Finance. As a key member of the executive team, Ross was centre stage as the company experienced exponential growth in revenue. When he started in 1997, the company was $10 million in revenue and 200 employees. In 2006, Minacs was purchased by Aditya Birla and at that time it was a public company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and was close to $400 million in revenue with almost 6,000 employees worldwide. For the last 3 years, Ross held the position of Senior Vice President of Financial Operations.

For the last 8 years, Ross’s mandate included leading the charge with respect to facilities management and administration for their North American sites. Over this period of time Minacs opened and/or renewed over 700,000 sq feet of call centre space. As they opened new facilities, Ross was the executive liaison for landlords, city officials, and all levels of the government, ensuring that Minacs established a rapport with these departments before making decisions.
